HeartMath® is a system of scientifically backed techniques that help to lower stress, regulate emotions, enhance our mental and intuitive faculties, create physiological coherence, engage the innate intelligence of the heart, and improve our overall resilience.
Since I became a Coach and Trainer for this program, I have become more emotionally self-responsible, able to feel my feelings without going into overwhelm or surrendering to default reactions. Because of the authentic inner calm and peace this gives me, I handle challenges with much more equanimity. I think more clearly, especially through life’s often daunting transitions.
It is a daily practice that continues to transform me in subtle yet powerful ways. This is the deepest and most practical form of self-care I am so grateful to have encountered and it would be my privilege to share it with you.
As both a HeartMath® Certified Coach and Trainer, I am available to work with individuals privately, as well as give workshops to larger groups and corporations.
I recommend a series of 4 once-a-week sessions for private coaching as this helps to establish an effective practice. I typically give full day workshops for groups, but this can also be broken down into smaller sessions as needed.
